11:10 hours: Provided information to party regarding civil issue (City View Rd)

1400 hours: Report of dog in hot vehicle outside of Hannigans.  Upon arrival, owner returned.

2100 hours: Report of large backyard fire on Oakland Ave.  Fire determined to be reasonable.

2200 hours: Report of Party on Whitehead St.  Party had dispersed upon arrival.

2220 hours: Picnic point had 3 fires without permits.  All three were told to extinguish.

0000 hours: Fire on beach of 200 Seashore.  Had the individuals put out fire (after 2300 hours/no permit).

0020 hours: Fire on picnic point.  Had it extinguished.

1300-1700 hours: Conducted numerous bar checks of Jones Landing and surrounding areas.  Informed staff not to let one individual in because he was visually intoxicated.  Other than that, no problems.

1720 hours: Verbal argument mediated between two individuals leaving Jones Landing.

2150 hours: Traffic stop Island Ave.  Warning issued.

one wanted to be victim, Medcu arrived transported Abdi Osmen who jumped from ambulance

0700 Reported for duty with overtime Officer Knudson and Firefighter Lt.

Overtime Officers Cote and Foss reported for duty at 1530 and 2130 hrs.

House chores and equipment checks

Checked the parking lot for violations, any parking issues were cleared up before they became a

problem.

Gave SA to the island for underage golf cart drivers, stopped one driver who looked underage,

one cart before it was underway that was overloaded, one cart that was about to drive away

with a child in the drivers lap.

Gave SA to the ferry area due to large numbers of people and vehicles

Assisted with the Clamshell road race

Several calls for parties and fireworks, all fireworks calls were GOA on arrival or being

controlled by remote control and owners that could not be identified.

1130 hours: Report of people digging up and taking rocks from middle of road of upper Central Ave.  Suspects were unable to be located.

1400 hours: Barking dog Oak at Greenwood.  Dog was quiet upon arrival.  Owner not home.

2210 hours: Barking dog, Island/Trefethen.  Owner spoken to and was cooperative.
