0800 - met ferry and picked up firefighter partner.

1100 - met ferry.
1215 - patrolled back shore of island and met 1230 ferry.
1400 - spoke with neighbors and attempted to make contact with a resident
on Oakland Ave. regarding dog complaints.
1430 - assisted FD with Tank 12 maintence.
1530 - met ferry.
1620 - drove through Brackett Ave. and met 1645 ferry.
1750 - met ferry.
1920 - checked DPW property and met 1930 ferry.
2030 - met ferry.
2130 - met ferry.
2215 - gave special attention to Davies Cove.
*****Quick Reminder**** With the summer here, please be aware of the car
ferry lines. I know it gets crazy for a few of them, but be aware of when you
are at the top of Welch and Island with double parking.

Several times throughout the day there were illegally parked vehicles down
front-parking tickets issued. Please remember the Summer parking rules are in

2245- met ferry while dropping off suspect to Fire Boat for transport and
victim to Mom arriving on Ferry --shift change Ofc King-Ofc Hawley
Despite the weather there was a good number of visitors to the Island-Jones
Landing was fairly orderly and had Security managing the event outside very
well. There were still a number of cars parked illegally on Island Ave causing
a problem for the car ferry line at the corner-they were tagged and were moved
rather quickly by the owners in most cases.

1230- met ferry-parking complaint re:truck w/traps offloading at the bottom
of Welch St-owner agreed to move as soon as truck was offloaded
1245- 6 Welch St complaint re:truck w/traps offloading @ bottom of Welch
St-work was stopped and truck was moved immediately to accommodate
complainant
1300- Welch St @ American Legion for BBQ
