***Quick Health Tip***

Get enough sleep.  For most people, that's 7 to 8 hours a night.  This is a staple among tips for a longer life.  If you don't snooze, you lose:  you're at higher risk of hypertension, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, impaired concentration, and accidents, not to mention malaise.  New research suggests that sleeping enough may also boost memory.

We again encountered difficulty when looking for a house number this after noon. VERY few of the houses have house numbers on them. Nag your neighbors to put up a visible number on their home. (Maybe one of the Summer Arts and Crafts camps can paint up numbers for the houses?)
