1750-  met ferry-spoke with resident who saw black pick up drop off pallets at Picnic point. He will call when they return so that they can be assisted in picking the pallets back up and learning about littering and/or fires on the beach.

2040-  w/Lt Wallace watching smoke plume from 37'boat explosion off of Chebeague Is.
