0700 - arrived on island.
0800 - met ferry.
0820 - patrolled island.
0930 - special attention to 40 Welch St. Location was a prior parking
complaint. All clear.
0940 - traffic detail near school. No violators.
1045 - patrolled island.
1130 - met ferry.
1230 - met ferry and patrolled back shore.
1250 - received call about possible brush fire on House Island. Dispatch
checked with Marine 1.
1440 - patrolled Central and Brackett Ave. and met 1530 ferry.
1645 - met ferry.
1750 - met ferry.
1915 - patrolled island and met 1930 ferry.
2030 - met ferry.
2130 - met ferry.
2140 - responded to area of Bracket Ave near DPW for a report of someone
racing a vehicle engine. Complainant stated it was going on for 15 minutes.
Complainant not sure if the person was racing or just revving the engine. Drove
through area multiple times, unable to hear or see anything.
***Remember to never leave valuables in plain sight in your vehicle. It's
best to never leave anything valuable in your vehicle, if it can be
avoided.
