Clean the snow off of your car before you drive it away from the snowdrift.
A few windshield wipers have caught the load of snow sliding down the
windshield-unfortunately they are not made for that and don't really withstand
the weight and momentum of the ice and snow. Remember to shovel out your
mailbox, entry doors-front and rear-as well as clearing a path to your
oil/propane fills.
