Several Islanders have been trying to come down to pick up/drop off freight
and/or passengers while the ferry is off loading/loading. It is no secret that
there is limited space at the end of Welch St at the dock and no vehicle traffic
is allowed past the traffic circle while the ferry is docked. One warning will
be issued to violators and citations will follow suit as needed-save your
neighbors and/or visitors the difficulty and pass it on.
