We have been getting many complaints about the congested streets. If you
are walking or riding bicycles with a group, you need to ALL go to one side of
the road and make room for vehicles to pass. Splitting up and going to both sides
of the street to make room for a vehicle to "squeeze" through is not safe. Same
thing goes for a very slow moving golf cart. While the speed limit on the Island
is 20mph, there are carts that go slow enough that they are overtaken by
vehicles-remember to pull to the right and let them pass.
