We have a very strong volunteer firefighter contingency here on
Peaks. They respond to every call they can and we are lucky to have dedicated
and trained people who go above and beyond! Also a big thank-you to the
person(s) who assisted with several hydrants and to all of those Islanders who
shoveled the hydrants in front of their homes.
