identified theft suspect in theft that happened 10/30
trick or treaters and partiers arriving on the island

gave out 140 candy bars and a hundred glow sticks from the fire dept
(still ran out)

gave one resident a ride home who had been watching horror movies and couldnt find a ride
too many kids out trick or treating had all dark clothes....something to think about for next year
