1730 - checked an address on Pleasant Ave. to serve a burglary alarm notification. Negative contact.
1750 - met ferry.
1930 - met ferry.
2030 - met ferry.
2110 - checked the new construction sites on the island.
2130 - met ferry.
2230 - checked the Lion Club and met 2245 ferry.
0030 - checked community building. Library was secure, however community room was unlocked. I entered and made sure no one was inside and then secured the door.
*******Quick reminder--- I've noticed a couple of dogs off their leashes today and spoke with the owners. Even though you might be with your dog, a leash is required. It's not a big deal until your dog runs at someone who has their dog on a leash. So please be mindful of this. We don't want to issue a bunch of summonses for this, but we will if we have to. We're always aiming for voluntary compliance.
