0700 - arrived on island.

0800 - patrolled island and met boat.

1100 - checked for food truck that was operating on Sea shore Avenue over the weekend. Found out it is no longer 
on the island and owners were spoken to by city officials about the legality of running the business on Peaks.  
Owners stated that they are not returning to Peaks.

1240 - checked DPW for spare ambulance.  Ambulance to be transported to Cliff Island and a future date.

1450 - special attention to area of Trefethen Club.

2150 - checked DPW property.

2330 - Medcu 312 run to Brook Lane.  Patient transported to hospital without incident.

Met boats as schedule allowed.

1100 - responded to area of 420 Sea Shore for smoldering camp fire.  Put some water on it with FD.  All set.

1245 - returned lost cell phone to its owner.

1430 - swapped out PD partners at ferry.

1855 - audible alarm 60 Centennial.  Alarm company cleared before our arrival.

2015 - audible alarm back to 60 Centennial.  Alarm company called to cancel but we responded to investigate.  FD 
cleared after speaking owner.

2215 - checked DPW property.

Met boats a schedule allowed.

0015 - suicidal threat call on Central Ave. Found the individual.  Everything ok.

0815 - parking summons issued in Welch St. lot.

0820 - spoke with and showed the City's traffic engineer areas on the island in which we've received complaints 
about speeding and plans to address the issue.

0930 - assisted FD at the Fifth Maine Regiment for a faulty fire/burglary alarm. 

2215 - checked DPW property.

2250 - audible fire alarm coming from a residence on Island Ave.  Responded with FD and located faulty alarm.  No other issues.

2015 - 911 hang up in the area of 33 Brackett Ave.  Drove through area multiple times, nobody around and no 
answer when dispatch called back.

2220 - checked DPW property.
Met boats as schedule permitted.

Please make sure you label your home with the number address easily visible.  Emergency calls late at night make it very difficult to locate houses that aren't numbered well.

1010 - placed multiple NO PARKING signs up by waste management plant.

1130 - assisted FD with replacement of batteries in 8th Maine Regiment building. 

1815 - responded to Jones Landing for a keep the peace.  All set. 

2245 - checked DPW property.

Patrolled island and met ferries throughout day.

0700 - arrived on island.

0815 - patrolled island and removed large branch in road with FD by 570 Island Ave.

0915 - Engine 312 run to Winding Way and Great Pond Road for a tree on fire on a wire.  Fire out upon arrival, 
CMP and DPW contacted.  Taped off two areas and alerted neighbors to stay inside and away from the wire.

1020 - responded to 16 City View Rd. for a possible criminal mischief call.  Spoke to caretaker/gardener of 
residence.  Owners coming back to Island on May 15th.  Spoke with neighbor as well.  No report at this time.

1050 - medcu 312 run to Knickerbocker Rd.  Patient transported to fire boat with out incident. 

1420 - recovered lost/wet dog on Welch St.  Owner notified and summons issued.

2240 - responded to Luther St. for possible domestic argument.  Met two intoxicated individuals who were just talking too loud.  No crime.

Checked Lion's Club, all quiet.

0930 hours: Report of a hit and run on Pleasant Ave/Ocean St.  Single vehicle into tree.  Unknown who was driver and passenger as they fled the scene.  Accident occurred overnight.
1430 hours: Assisted citizen with jump start of vehicle.
Monitored traffic at ferry line throughout day, no issues.
Met ferry throughout the day as time permitted.
Patrolled island throughout day.
-Please keep your car locked.  Don't leave golf cart keys in clear sight.

0845 - station house chores.

0950 - responded to Hannigan's Market to serve a individual with trespass paperwork.

1420 - responded to area around 2 City Point Rd for a strong smell of propane.  Located faulty tank on deck on house.  Owner notified.

1610 - responded to area around Daniel and Central for a resident who found a loose dog.  No one around when I arrived.  Dispatch was able to confirm with the caller that he located the dog's owner and returned it. 

2140 - responded to the CMP building for an open door.  I observed the door open all day, workers must've left it 
open when leaving for the day.  Closed the door.  Property was checked and nothing suspicious found.

Checked DPW property.

*** Please keep in mind that the parking ban will start soon on Island Ave. by the car ferry line.

0850 - station house chores.

1230 - no car ferry service from the usual loading area due to maintenance.  Vehicle traffic rerouted to the 
Plantes barge.  This went to the 3:45 boat. 

1810 - spoke with a complainant about issues she is having with another individual on the island.  No crime.

Checked Trefethen Club. 

Met boats as schedule allowed.
