1005 - spoke with suspect in DV case from last week -- referred to a supervisor.

1600 - loose dog in area of Luther St.  Made contact with owner later on in day and served summons. 

1700 - reported to area of 600 Seashore for a couple of people surfing in water.  Caller was concerned for their safety.  Made contact with them.  Stated they are experienced. 

Met boats as scheduled allowed.

0840 - patrolled school area for speeders. 

0940 - station house chores.

1045 - medcu 312 run to the area of Trefethen and Island for a male who had a seizure.  Made contact and was able to transport patient to fire boat without any issues.

1630 - served paperwork to resident living on Central Ave. without issues.
Met ferries as schedule allowed.

Checked DPW property at 2245 hrs.

*** Please remember to not park right next to fire hydrants.  It's extremely important that we can access all areas/valves of the hydrant.

0715 hours: Vehicle maintenance and inspection.
0745 hours: Special attention to Welch St. lot.  
0830 hours: Report of an abandoned vehicle near picnic point.  Car was located and was properly registered.
0900 hours: Assisted individual with harassment paper work (at station).
1130 hours: Vehicle stop Island Ave/ City Point Rd.  Citation issued.
1300 hours: Lost phone returned to owner.
1600 hours: Report of a small wood pile on top of Battery Steele.  Wood pile was located and dispersed.  Appeared to be a small pile which would have been used for a camp fire.  
2230 hours: Report of possible burglary on Whitehead.  No forced entry, nothing missing.  Special attention will be given.
0000 hours: Report of Social Media harassment.  Party just wanted suspect contacted and told to stop.  Suspect located and agreed to stop contact.
0300 hours: Report of party on Luther St.  Few people with load music were up in yard.  They agreed to break it down for night.
Met ferry throughout the day as time permitted.
Patrolled Island throughout day.
-As the colder months approach, make sure to check your oil/fire wood/pellet amounts and plan accordingly.

1100 - individual turned in a small tin with i.d.'s and credit cards.  Was able to make contact with owner and returned.

1700 - graffiti reported on rocks by picnic point.  Report taken, and DPW will be notified in morning. 
Met ferries through out day as schedule allowed.

Gave SA to the island for underage golf cart drivers, no issues located

Gave SA to the ferry area due to large numbers of people and vehicles. Several small disputes
negotiated.

Several fires checked on two of which were being shut down as we arrived the third was asked
to shut down due to a neighbor complaint of health issues. Said neighbor watched us put out
the fire while enjoying a smoke on his deck.

Information
These is a person on Adams St letting his dog drop packages off in other resident’s yards.
These packages are not wanted, so please pick up after your dog.

1230 - approached at ferry landing by a citizen who reported a older male and three teenagers in a verbal altercation.  Made contact with both parties.  Apparently, they had words yesterday as well.

1500 - spoke with and commended a little girl who turned in a found wallet yesterday.

2200 - Special attention check to Battery Steele.

0100 - Engine 12 run to Centennial st. for smoke alarm --- cancelled by alarm company before we 
arrived.  

Met boats throughout the day as schedule allowed.

Heavy populated day and CBL ran double ferries throughout the middle of the day.
