  5. 1100-1330 Ran a radar traffic detail on Island Ave, Pleasant Ave and Central Ave. No speed violations, fastest recorded speed was 23mph. there were no vehicle registrations violations noticed.
  6. 1208 Checked a complaint of a smoking beach fire.
  7. 1500 Met Ferry
  8. 1630 Met Ferry and monitored traffic
  9. 1730 Passed out two gun trigger locks
  10. 1900 Stopped by the PIC meeting
  11. 0615 medical call for unattended death

Code of Ordinances Chapter 10

Sec. 10-92 Rev. 1-20-11

Recreational fires may be permitted on islands of the City of

Portland with a valid burning permit. All such recreational fires

shall be kindled below the mean high tide line and comply with all

State laws and rules for open burning. Any such burning permit may

be cancelled for cause.

Sec. 10-93. Rules and regulations.

The fire chief may promulgate all reasonable rules and

regulations to carry out the purposes and provisions hereof. Such

rules and regulations shall be in writing and shall take effect no

less than thirty (30) days following the date of issuance.
