0700 - arrived on island.

0800 - met ferry.

0820 - served two summonses to a resident connected to last week's motor vehicle theft.

0910 - responded to area of 53 Brackett Ave. for a minor vehicle accident.  DPW vehicle had a tire blow out and it caused the vehicle to veer off road and strike a hydrant.  Water district notified. 

1100 - station house chores.

1130 - responded to area of Sunset Rd and Beach Rd for a possible rabid raccoon.  Unable to locate it - checked a 
few garages and walked the beach with FD.

1720 - call for loose dog around 600 Island Ave.  Dog reunited with owner before I arrived.

2115 - checked DPW property.

Met boats as schedule allowed.

*** Please lock your vehicle when leaving it unattended.  And never leave the keys in the vehicle.

0700 - arrived on island.

0800 - met ferry and patrolled island.

0920 - station house chores.

1100 - spoke with a resident about a parking ticket she received in lot.

2115 - spoke with a resident about a water leak in area of 668 Island Ave.  Water shut off at main valve.

2305 - checked DPW property.

Met boats as schedule allowed.

*** Please lock your vehicle upon leaving it.  Unfortunately there are people who take advantage of others when you leave your vehicle unlocked and the keys easily accessible.
