1610 hours: 911 hang up cell phone in area of Brackett St.  Unfounded.

0700 - arrived on island.
0800 - met ferry.
0820 - patrolled island.
0930 - special attention to 40 Welch St.  Location was a prior parking complaint.  All clear.
0940 - traffic detail near school.  No violators.
1045 - patrolled island.
1130 - met ferry.
1230 - met ferry and patrolled back shore.
1250 - received call about possible brush fire on House Island.  Dispatch checked with Marine 1.
1440 - patrolled Central and Brackett Ave. and met 1530 ferry.
1645 - met ferry.
1750 - met ferry.
1915 - patrolled island and met 1930 ferry.
2030 - met ferry.
2130 - met ferry.
2140 - responded to area of Bracket Ave near DPW for a report of someone racing a vehicle engine.  Complainant stated it was going on for 15 minutes.  Complainant not sure if the person was racing or just revving the engine.  Drove through area multiple times, unable to hear or see anything. 

***Remember to never leave valuables in plain sight in your vehicle.  It's best to never leave anything valuable in your vehicle, if it can be avoided.

0730 House chores and vehicle inspections
0730 Monitored traffic and parking issues all day. Nothing of note
SA given to City Point for a subject to be served criminal trespass paperwork
SA to Island Ave for golf cart parking complaints. Spoke to two managers of the rental company and advised them that they were making their neighbors upset by taking all the prime parking spots by unrented carts. No illegal activity noticed
SA to 49 Winding Way for unwanted subject on the property
SA to an Elizabeth St Address for criminal trespass issues 
2000 Located the SA subject on Epps St and served criminal trespass paperwork
Addressed several fire permit questions
Patrolled and met Ferry throughout the shift as calls permitted

0720 - patrolled island and met 0800 ferry.
0940 - vehicle stop - summons issued Island and City Point.
1055 - vehicle stop - summons issued Island and City Point.
1230 - met ferry and patrolled island.
1400 - patrolled island and met 1430 ferry.
1530 - responded to Plantes barge to pick up ladder 12. 
1630 - assisted FD with replenishing ladder 12 with its equipment.
1750 - met ferry.
1820 - responded to Evergreen landing to pick up a needle that someone found on the ground.  Needle looked clean, possibly never used.  Disposed in the sharpie container in ambulance.
1920 - patrolled island.
2030 - met ferry.
2130 - met ferry and patrolled back shore.

Even though golf carts don’t require seat belts, riding while holding babies and small children is a very bad and unsafe idea.
