The Peaks Island police/fire station is currently closed for renovations.  The officers and firefighters have been relocated to 97 Island Ave. Apt #1 until the work is completed.  The estimated time for this project is 45 days.  The vehicles and equipment will remain in the firehouse.  All calls to the station house will be forwarded to the Portland Police Department Dispatch Center.  This number remains 874-8419.  In case of an emergency please call 911.  For non-emergency matters, please call 874-8419 or 874-8575.

1500: responded to Inn at Peaks Island and spoke with citizen in regards to vague, non credible  threats.
1645: met ferry
1730 hours: Citizen came to station to report that her golden retriever got loose.  If dog is recovered, she lives at
47 Luther St
.

1930 hours: met ferry

0715- after arriving on 645 ferry, checked back shore, bracket st found nothing

0900-0945 prepared island station for upcoming construction

1010 stopped in at hannigans market

1200 cottage checks highland/Virginia/Lyndon aves

1330- met fire boat...Moved items from the station to the new location on Island ave, took trash to DPW
1800- dropped of help at the fire boat
1900 patrolled the Island, met the ferry
2000- patrolled the Island, gave S/A to the front of the Island and the Cafe
