Police Tip

Try and make an effort to meet the younger kids in your neighborhood.  Knowing their names and speaking to them on a friendly platform will make it harder for them to act out. It often gives the youngsters reason to pause before making bad choices.  It will also give them a feeling of community if they know everyone knows who they are.
