EARLIER IN THE WEEK PEAKS ISLAND HAD TWO CARS THAT WERE TAKEN WITHOUT THE OWNERS PERMISSION, YES, BOTH HAD KEYS IN THE IGNITION.

AT 1000 AM I FOUND ONE OF THE RECENTLY RECOVERED VEHICLES LEFT UNATTENDED WITH THE KEY IN THE IGNITION. THE OWNER TOLD ME HE HAD NO PLANS TO CHANGE THE WAY HE HAS ALWAYS DONE THINGS.

AT 1030 PM I CHECKED ALL THE VEHICLES IN THE PUBLIC PARKING LOT... I FOUND THREE SETS OF KEYS IN THE IGNITION..
