Health Tip of the Week
Slim Down Your Fridge

Lose the diet soda (carbonation plus artificial sweetener = bloat), and replace it with iced green tea.  Its antioxidants may boost metabolism and help you burn more ab fat when combined with just three hours a week of moderate-intensity exercise, says a study published in The Journal of Nutrition.  Aim for three 8-ounce glasses a day.
