0800 - met ferry.
0945 - met ferry and patrolled Central Ave.
1100 - met ferry and patrolled back shore.
1300 - patrolled island.
1430 - met ferry.
1530 - met ferry and patrolled island.
1730 - checked area around 96 Ledgewood for a broken tree branch that might be too close to the wires.  Unable to locate.  Will pass it on to next shift to check in daylight.
1930 - met ferry.
2030 - met ferry and patrolled island.
2130 - met ferry.

2240 - met ferry and checked two separate locations for a vehicle that may have been involved in an assault/road rage incident in South Portland.  Negative contacts at both locations.  Vehicle not on island.

1115 hours:  There was a report of car parked in handicapped area without placard. Upon inspection, the placard had fallen.

1645 hours: Met ferry.  Swapped out vehicles which had been sent to mainland for radar calibration.

If an appliance smokes or has an unusual smell, unplug it immediately and have it repaired. Replace frayed or cracked electrical cords and don't overload extension cords. They should not be run under rugs. Never tamper with the fuse box or use the improper size fuse.
