In light of all the recent security breaches I would like to suggest if you
have any concerns about your personal credit information that you contact one of
the three credit reporting agencies (Transunion, Experian and Equifax) and have
them send you a free credit report. Look it over carefully and make sure
everything there is your accounts. If you prefer to use your debit card I would
suggest having the card run as "credit" instead of entering your pin. The fewer
places you enter your pin, the less likely it is to be compromised. Also keep in
mind when using a debit card vs a credit card most banks and credit unions take
much longer to refund fraudulent charges than a credit card company does.
